All sales, subscription charges, and plan renewals on BizNism are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once digital access, plan activation, or card creation services are delivered, no full or partial refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued. Please review our features carefully before making any payments.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BizNism, its owner, and developers shall not be held legally or financially responsible for any system downtime, server outages, hosting failures, data loss, network delays, or technical glitches that may cause temporary or permanent unavailability of your digital card. You acknowledge that you use our platform entirely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for the information, business descriptions, product prices, media images, and links uploaded to your card profile. You strictly agree NOT to publish:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or card that violates these guidelines without notice or liability.
BizNism grants you a non-exclusive license to use your selected subdomain or username handle for your card. We reserve the right to reclaim or rename handles in cases of trademark disputes, policy violations, or system updates.
Our cards include external action buttons (such as WhatsApp redirects, social media links, and payment links). BizNism does not control, monitor, or guarantee third-party platforms and assumes no responsibility for external interactions or transactions made off our site.
We reserve the right to update or modify platform features, pricing structure, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
